» Who may obtain financing from the BNDES:
Individuals, domiciled and residing in Brazil, by means of accredited financial institutions in specific cases;
Companies (legal entities):
Brazilian and foreign enterprises with head offices and administration in Brazil, individual businessmen, cooperatives, associations and foundations; and
Direct and Indirect Public Administration
in the Federal, State, Municipal and Federal District regions.
Notes:
1) Foreign public or private entities located abroad: financing is only available in the modality of credit to buyers, aimed at boosting Brazilian exports.
2) Building complex administration and similar non-performing productive activities, other than unions and clubs, may only receive support for the acquisition of equipment
(FINAME,
Agricultural FINAME and FINAME Leasing
lines) and items are subject to acquisition by means of the
BNDES Card.
