In respect to the assets, the subject matter of the financing, the trust property must be constituted, and shall be kept up to the contract final termination, the replacement of the assets included in the collateral for any other being not allowed, except for the cases of loss or compliance problems in the collateral period, which must be proven to the BNDES.

At least a suretyship or accommodation paper shall be required to finance the production of machinery and equipment and to the manufacturer for trading.

Pledge of financial investment shall not be accepted as collateral.
