Stimulate the insertion and strengthening of domestic capital enterprises in the international market, through support to investments or projects to be performed abroad, whenever they contribute to promote Brazilian exports.

National capital companies that perform industrial activities or engineering services and have a globalization strategy for the long-term.

Investments: construction of new units; acquisition, expansion or modernization of existing units; equity interest, always complementary to the exporting activity;

Working capital needs: to be defined during the analysis of the operation, provided that they are associated to investments subject to financial support.

» Special obligations

Special obligations will be included in the conditions and contracts to be celebrated, that foresee: 

exporting performance goals in relation to the investments which are the object of financial support; 
commitment towards maintaining national shareholding control, during the length of the operation, by the beneficiary company; and 
in the operations of securities subscription, contractual provisions shall be incorporated to ensure protection of BNDES investment and that promote the adoption of adequate corporate governance practices. 

Failure to comply with special obligations shall subject the beneficiary to the application of penalty.

Supporting requests are addressed to BNDES by means of a Consultation Letter - completed in accordance with directions at the Guide on Information for Previous Consulting - addressed to the interested enterprises, to:
