Operations performed with the transformation industries: up
to 120 months;
Except for the following items: computer supplies; banking
automation equipment; furniture and accessories; exhibition
shelves; buses, chassis and bus bodies; trucks, dump trucks,
truck tractors, trailers, semi trailers, chassis and truck
bodies, including dolly semi trailers and the like; armored
cars; special equipment that can be adapted to chassis, such
as platforms, cranes, concrete mixing trucks, garbage
compactors and tanks; agricultural machines; agricultural
tractors and related implements; harvesting machines;
self-propelled crop sprayers; planting machines; seeding
machines; equipment for the preparation, drying and
agricultural processing; and road machines and tractors.
Locomotives and railway cargo cars: Up to 120 months,
including a grace period of up to 24 months for locomotives
and 6 months for cars;
Operations for self-employed cargo transporters: up to 72
months;
Garbage collection vehicle bodies: up to 36 months;

Notes:
(a): Conditions for integrated systems or for
the urban transport service rationalized portion as
per Transport Steering Plan.
(b): Non-pneumatic suspension, 1,10m or
narrower doors, front door off the front overhang.
(c): Vehicles complying with the provisions of
Decree 5.296, of December 02, 2004.
(d): Low-floored biarticulated vehicles or
fitted with steps.
Operations for International Bids: up to 144 months;
Import operations: Up to 60 meses (*);
Operations under Machinery and Equipment Production
Financing: Irrespective of the Financing Facility,
total maturity of each operation must be set forth
according to the manufacturing schedule set out in the
contract between the Manufacturer and the Purchaser,
plus 30 days and must not exceed 18 months. The grace
period of each operation, included in the total
maturity, must not exceed 15 months;
Commercial and business aircrafts: up to 120 months, with up to 24 months
of grace.
Operations requiring maturities exceeding 60 months or
exceeding the maturities provided for in the
exceptions must be rated upon Previous Request.
